WW2 US Army Lieutenant’s WIA PH Medal Group Czechoslovakia

Good condition, neat little group belonging to Frank A Rodgers JR. Unfortunately I was not able to find much out about Mr. Rodgers, the photo postcard with the group was made in Czechoslovakia which may help in determining his unit. On the back of the cardboard PH box it is marked Rodgers, Frank. The grouping consist of the PH medal, which is engraved with the date of his wounds. Medal is not numbered and one of the tacks on the broach has come undone. There is a neat piece of shrapnel included in the group likely from when he was WIA. Ring is well worn and sterling marked, CIB bracelet is sterling marked as well. Nice ETO officers group with attractive engraving style.
