Overall in good condition, shows some soiling/wear. Named to Irene Gukeisen, there are quite a few photos of Irene online. Also an interesting article mentioning her training at an Air Base in the Caribbean. She was trained in jungle rescue work and in evacuation of wounded by air. Tough uniform to find.
