Jacket shows some light wear, has a few small holes. Overall in good condition, has stunning Indian made shoulder patches/tab. Jacket has last name Bishop with laundry stamp B0403 in the collar, should not be too difficult to narrow him down on NARA. CBI patch has some loose threads at the bottom.
