WW2 US 15th Army Air Corps Lieutenant Navigator OD Uniform Bullion Italian Made Patch

Shows some wear/soiling, has a few small moth nips/pin holes. Not named or marked anywhere in side the jacket I can see, wings are sterling AE. Co marked. Patch is Italian made, has one small area of damage near the border.
