This is a fantastic really complete WW2/KW Armored Officers grouping named to Calvin P Becker. Becker was in the 126th Ordnance Battalion 4th Armored. He saw action in the Ardennes, Central Europe, Northern France, Normandy, and Rhineland Campaigns, Becker also served during the Korean War. Captain Becker was awarded the Bronze star with V for valor and an oakleaf cluster. Calvin P Becker is a PA native born in Wyomissing PA. The grouping consist of his officers OD 4 pocket jacket patched with the 79th ID and 4th Armored. Pinks officers pants are in good shape, some minor surface nips, laundry number is marked inside. M43 hood is in good shape, no markings. Both duffle bags are nicely marked to Becker and in good shape. OD shirt is in good shape, Pinks shirt has some mothing damage but is still solid. Included are 2 ww2 pocket sized new testaments. There are 2 other non military issue 1930 bibles are well. First aid booklet is in good shape some wear to the cover. The officers guide has Becker’s name written inside the front cover. There is a nice mix of his WW2 and KW insignia and ribbon bars. Becker has 2 battle stars on his Korean Service Ribbon. Lighter is a nice early zippo but does not work. There is a nice set of his KW dog tag, and a nice single T41-42 dog tag. The 4th Amored pennant is in great shape, there is also a photo of Becker at the first reunion with the same pennant. There is a ton of neat paper odds and ends, too much to list. There is 2 of his original bronze star citations which go into detail about his award of the bronze star and second award of the oakleaf cluster. This is just a really solid untouched 2 war officers group, getting hard to find complete groupings like this anymore.
